Welcome Our Two Newest Board Members...
Devin Colman & Frampton Tolbert

At our annual meeting, December 16, 2006, members present voted Devin Colman and Frampton Tolbert to our Board of Directors. Devin will also serve as our new Vice President.

Frampton Tolbert lives in Brooklyn, NY, and is currently the Assistant Director of the Historic Districts Council in New York City. He has experience as a fundraiser (for the Brooklyn Museum) and assisted in the creation of marketing initiatives for the Phillips Collection membership program in Washington, D.C. He has a long history of volunteer work with preservation non-profits in Virginia, Washington, D.C. and New York.

Devin Colman lives in Burlington, VT, and is owner/manager of his own firm Colman Consulting. He also works as Interim Environmental Review Coordinator of the Vermont Division for Historic Preservation in Montpelier, VT. He has experience as a Curator of Exhibitions for the Springfield Art Museum in Missouri and as a manager for an art installation business. His study of modern architecture in Missouri, Minnesota, Maine, and Vermont will help expand the scope of RPPN.
