Eduardo Catalano was a  well-known figure to Ralieigh modernists and those around the world. Catalano was responsible for the Catalano House, an innovative, futuristic design which would inspire architects everywhere through its use of the hyperbolic parabloid. Unfortunately, the Catalano House was lost nearly a decade ago, although its design legacy endures. Just over a week and a half ago, we also lost Eduardo Catalano, who passed away at the age of 92.

Goodnight, Raleigh has posted an illustrated memorial of sorts to the architect and his innovative design.
